Welcome to Clinical Diagnostic Solutions Quality Assurance Program (CQAP). This page will give you an overview of our program and how to submit your data.
The CQAP will present your data in a user friendly format where you can be compared to your peer group for the instrumentation that you are using. Our program is offered to all control product customers free of charge.
The Main Features of the CQAP are:
- Data collection on a calendar month basis
- The same submission date every month (On or before the 6th)
- Rapid turnaround time
- Staff that is responsive to customer needs
- Electronic submission of data via email
